India Way is a dedicated advocate for mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and burnout avoidance and recovery, committed to transforming how we perceive and prioritize workplace wellbeing. Her mission is to bridge the gap between high performance and human sustainability, ensuring that growth does not come at the cost of wellbeing, but through intentional enhancement of it.

After losing a friend to suicide at 15 and sustaining a decade long sales and marketing career at a Fortune 500 medical device company, India holds a unique perspective to the power of honest conversations and the risk of unchecked pressures. Her backgrounds in QPR prevention training and emotional resilience and nervous system regulation practices shape how she empowers teams and organizations to cultivate psychologically safe environments where overall wellbeing is the common priority. These practices not only enhance the human experience, but are also proven to lead to higher performance, retention, and job satisfaction ratings amongst employees; accessing true wellth.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that true "WELLTH" —the attainment of rich mental wellbeing— is achieved  by breaking the silence surrounding wellness at work to establish actionable frameworks that spark deep conversations and lasting impacts across communities, teams, and global corporate landscapes.
